This Biggest Loser Resort is an all-inclusive health resort at Palm Desert, California, and is one of three Biggest Loser Resorts across the country. Guests at the Biggest Loser Resort can expect a comprehensive approach to weight-loss focused on five main areas: fitness, nutrition, education, relaxation, and camaraderie. The program runs in one-week increments, and guests can stay for as many weeks as they wish to meet their weight loss goals.

During stay, guests partake in health assessments, fitness classes, nutritious meals, lectures, workshops, and relaxation and leisure activities. Guests are also encouraged to support and foster community among fellow Biggest Loser Resort visitors.

Located within the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort and Spa, guests have access to the resort’s many amenities including outdoor pools, jogging paths, tennis courts, and a fitness center. The surrounding Palm Desert Area also includes many shopping and entertainment options.

The property is situated in the country club area of Palm Desert, amidst numerous parks and golf courses, and nearby both Santa Rosa/San Jacinto Mountains National Monument and Joshua Tree National Park.

Visitors arriving from Palm Springs International Airport can make their way to the resort by rental car (~25 minutes) or by taxi (~$45). Those arriving from Los Angeles International Airport can also drive (~2 hours) or take a taxi (~$350). The resort does not provide a shuttle service.
