Serenity Cove is a private, natural health center and diet retreat secluded in the mountains of eastern Tennessee near Greeneville. It dedicates itself to providing a safe environment for achieving optimal health by offering detailed, highly customized accommodations to meet guest needs. There are two options for guests: a simple bed-and-breakfast, and a more comprehensive retreat.
As a B&B, Serenity Cove offers a relaxing, healthy getaway in a chemical-free environment, with the option to add other services a la carte.
The retreat options are more detailed and typically focus on a specific health need. The average retreat length is typically three to five days long. Guests booking health services receive one-on-one service making it a private retreat experience to best help them achieve optimal results.
Serenity Cove allows no more than six adult guests at a time.
The Program
The accommodations at Serenity Cove are in a unique, 15-sided home and health center in a secluded Tennessee countryside setting.
Serenity Cove is a diet retreat, so it doesn’t specifically focus on fitness. However, there are plenty of opportunities to hike and explore. Additionally, your host Alesandra can arrange a biking retreat with the Greeneville Hiking and Cycling Club. The club offers many routes ranging from easy to moderate, and biking retreats can accommodate up to 6 people.
Serenity Cove focuses on living foods and raw foods. If food is part of your package, breakfast consists of fresh fruit, smoothies, green “high nutritional drinks” and herbal cleansing supplements for detoxification. Lemon water and herbal teas are also offered ongoing throughout the day. According to the Serenity Cove website, lunch and dinner consist highly of salads and vegetables.
For guests less concerned about weight loss may choose to eat their meals outside of Serenity Cove. For these travelers, Greeneville has a variety of restaurants about 15 minutes away.
Extras
Besides a private room and bath in a peaceful, healing environment, Serenity Cove offers guests a Clinical Rest Mattress that provides one night’s rest in just a few hours. Guests can also take a mineral spring bath in the mountains.

Location
Serenity Cove is located on the North Carolina/Tennessee border on 60 acres of wooded land with spectacular views of the mountains. The property Is near both the Great Smoky Mountains National Park as well as Cherokee National Forest.
Guests flying into Serenity Cove may arrive at the Tri-Cities Airport in Blountville, one hour away from the property, or the Asheville Regional Airport located 1.25 hours away. Serenity Cove does not provide transportation to or from the airport, so guests will have to arrange their own way to the property.
Pricing
The all-inclusive package at Serenity Cove starts at $150 per night.
Pricing is dependent on the length of stay, whether guests choose the basic bed-and-breakfast option or one of the retreat options, and any extra health therapies provided.
B&B rates start at $100 per night, with higher rates if dinner, yoga, and hiking is included. Retreat rates are similar, though the all-inclusive retreat package begins at $150 per night for all meals, juices, and fitness options.
Serenity Cove charges extra for a la carte options such as a two-hour detoxification session, a Reiki energy session, a Rain Drop essential oil therapy, among other options.
